Our company is dedicated to providing Professional Firearms Training to individual clients and groups. We are a Veteran Owned and Operated Company comprised of Active & Retired Law Enforcement Officers who all worked together as SWAT Team members.
Our expertise derives from a wide range of real-life experiences in Security Operations, Military Deployments, SWAT Operations, Sniper Operations and daily Law Enforcement operations.

THE TEAM
St. Claire N. Williams Jr. is the owner and operator of Semper Fi Firearms Training, S.F.F.
A United States Marine that Honorably Discharged with the rank of Staff Sergeant. St. Claire is an Afghanistan War veteran and faithfully served over 14 years of combined Active and Reserved duty. He finished that career with 4th Reconnaissance Battalion, Bravo Company as a Communications Chief.
A Georgia POST Certified Retired Master Police Officer, successfully completed a Decorated 18-year career in Law Enforcement. He started his career on St. Croix, United States Virgin Islands as one of the first Virgin Island Port Authority Law Enforcement Officers.
His career expanded across multiple roles as a Uniform Patrol Field Training Officer, Criminal Investigator, and Special Investigator assigned to Narcotics.
In addition, St. Claire held the position of Sniper Team Leader and has attended several different Sniper Schools both Law Enforcement and certified formal training.
He was a Military HRST Master and Senior Operator on SWAT for more than 15 years and currently holds a FAA Airline Transport Pilot certification and Certified Firearms Instructor.
Bobby Andrews
Master Police Officer (MPO) Robert Andrews retired from the Orlando Police Department in September 2022 after 23 ½ -years of honorable service. His last assignment prior to his retirement was that of a Homeland Security Taskforce Officer at the Orlando International Airport. He was also assigned to the Training and Tactical Unit, providing monthly firearms instruction for officers.
MPO Andrews was a member of the Orlando Police Department’s SWAT team for over 18 years with 15 of those years as a Sniper. During his tenure as a SWAT operator, he conducted numerous training evolutions for the SWAT team as a lead instructor. MPO Andrews also conducted numerous POTUS/VPOTUS Sniper overwatch operations in concert with Secret Service Snipers.
MPO Andrews’ notable courses include, SWAT Team Operations/ SWAT School, Firearms Instructor, Shoot-house Instructor, Florida SWAT Sniper 1 and 3, Florida SWAT Combat Carbine, Sniper Craft Sniper School, Carlos Hathcock Sniper School, Tac-Flow Police Sniper Response to a Public Venue, Sniper Areal Platform Marksmanship, Florida SWAT Tactical handgun, Tactical Shotgun, and Colt Armorer school.
As a St. Croix native, Robert was a Police Officer in the island of St. Croix U.S. Virgin Islands for three years. Prior to VIPD, he was an M1A1 Abrams Tank Commander in the United States Marine Corps, attaining the rank of Sergeant, honorably discharged.
MPO Andrews has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Columbia College and is currently a Reserve Police Officer with the Orlando Police Department.
RUDY CABRAL
Rudy is a current full time police officer in Metro Atlanta. Rudy serves as a Department Training Officer and SWAT officer, responsible for firearms and tactics training within his department and SWAT team.
Rudy served over 10 years as an infantryman in the U.S. Army. During his service, he served as an NCO at all levels of platoon leadership. Rudy completed 2 deployments to Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom, planning and executing hundreds of raids. Rudy also completed a 2 year assignment as a Drill Sergeant, training soldiers through Basic and Infantry training.
Rudy has also deployed as a Team member on a classified Department of Defense (DoD) project in a high threat environment, conducting full spectrum security operations as a part of an elite special purpose team, supporting DoD programs and interagency operations in the field. Rudy holds Georgia POST Instructor Certifications in Firearms and Defensive Tactics, as well as Pistol Red Dot Optics Instructor (Ohio Tactical Officers Association) and Low Light Firearms Instructor (Forge Tactical).
MIKE HUNT
Michael is a Security and Law Enforcement Professional whose experience spans 25 years and multiple countries. Including U.S. Marine Corps, Marietta PD (Georgia): Patrol Division, SWAT, Sniper Section, and Firearms Instructor Staff; Roswell PD (Georgia): Patrol Division, Special Investigation Squad (Technical Surveillance), Training Unit, and North Fulton County (Georgia) SWAT. Cherokee County School PD (Georgia) School Resource Officer and member of the Department Training Team
U.S. State Department’s Diplomatic Security High Threat Program: served in (Iraq, Israel, West Bank, and Gaza) as a Protection Team Leader, Counter Assault Team Commander, Agent in Charge, and Operations Chief.ï‚·
U.S. Government: provided security and operational support in austere and hostile conditions.
aNDREW PHILLIPS
Andrew Phillips has been a GA POST Certified Police Officer since 1999. He is also a GA POST Certified Firearms & Defensive Tactics Instructor, IALEFI Instructor and holds numerous armorer certificates on multiple weapon systems. He has provided training for both Military and Public Safety Professionals
from the United States and other allied nations. He has more than a decade of SWAT experience and seven years of high-threat executive protection experience in combat zones in the region of Southwest Asia. In this role, he conducted full-spectrum security operations supporting DOD programs. He was also responsible for advising DOD Officials on required security, weapons and procedures necessary to conduct missions in support of US Counterterrorism Operations.
POPS
"Pops" as we call him has over 20+ years in Special Operations as an operator, assault entry team member, point man, perimeter security, and completed his tenure as an Asst. Sniper Team Leader. "Pops" is a United States Marine and has maintained Expert Rifle and Expert Pistol Qualifications his entire career in the military. He has extensive experience in Tactical Operations, Sniper Field Craft, Long Range shooting, Covert Operations in both open and urban environments and close quarters combat.
